|
Signed contract, credit card authorization form, and 33% non-refundable deposit payable in cash, cashier's check / money order or credit / debit card [MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or AMEX] required to reserve. If paying in cash or cashier's check / money order, balance is due on the day of event prior to entering the vehicle. If paying the balance by credit card, balance is due at least 3 business days prior to the event so that we can charge the card on file. Credit card payment will not be allowed on the day of the event.

| C A N C E L L A T I O N S |
|
Any cancellations prior to the event 14-10 days in advance will be charged at
50% the contracted full charter fee plus tax, 10-7 days in advance at 75% the contracted full charter
fee plus tax, and 7 days or less at 100% of the full charter rate including taxes unless customer (or
MetLimos) can find a party to replace them with the exact package shown or more with same
vehicle. No-shows and/or cancellations after scheduled vehicle departure will be charged full fare,
including 20% gratuity. Cancellations or changes MUST be made in writing by e-mail or postal mail.

Weddings booked on a Friday between April 10, 2020 and June 13, 2020 will not be eligible for the bronze package. Rates during these periods may be more expensive than what is listed above and any specials shown do not apply unless otherwise specified.
